The premise
Enter moonlit catacombs where a secret society is preparing its final rite, and every symbol, chant, and shadow may be part of the trap.
You play a forbidden scholar carrying just enough occult knowledge to recognize the ritual’s weak points — and just enough damage to your mind to doubt what you see.
Disrupt the ceremony before the altar opens, but choose carefully: the safest path may only be another illusion.
Who you are
Once a scholar of forbidden texts, you sought knowledge where others feared to tread. One night, you read too deeply and witnessed shapes moving behind the written world. Since then, shadows have whispered your name, dreams have left blood under your fingernails, and your expertise has become both weapon and wound.
Your objective
Disrupt the final ceremony beneath the moonlit altar before the hidden society completes the summoning.
