The premise
Your roommate has turned rent, chores, Wi-Fi, and one suspicious Roomba into a ridiculous apartment questline.
Who you are
You are a tired tenant who has survived passive-aggressive dish piles, mysterious fridge disappearances, and group-chat diplomacy. You know your roommate is dramatic, but tonight his bit has rules, rewards, and consequences. Your strength is improvising under domestic pressure without losing your deposit or your dinner.
Your objective
Get access to the kitchen, settle or dodge the rent conflict, and stop your apartment from becoming a full-time quest hub.
The kind of choices you'll face
A few illustrative examples — in play, choices are written for the exact situation you're in:
- Pay rent immediately and end the quest before it spreads.
- Ask what quest he requires and look for a loophole.
- Speedrun past him and risk the kitchen door before the apartment adapts.
And when none of the options say what you actually want to do, write your own action — the story responds to it just the same.
