You are searching for the vaccine rumored to be hidden in the lower labs, but your missing best friend may have left a trail that changes what the cure really means.

Who you are
You are a med-school dropout who left before finishing your training, but you still know enough anatomy, triage, and hospital procedure to survive longer than most people trapped inside. Your best friend disappeared into this sealed hospital weeks ago, and guilt pushed you through the quarantine breach. You came looking for them; now you may be the last person capable of finding the cure.
Your objective
Find the vaccine hidden in the hospital labs, learn what happened to your missing best friend, and escape before the infection spreads beyond containment.
